This Privacy Policy defines and informs you of the manner in which fiskaltrust uses and protects the information you transmit to us, if any, when you use this corporate site (hereinafter the “Corporate Site”). fiskaltrust asks you to enter, for example but not limited to, your last name, first name, email address, telephone number, company and function (hereinafter your “Personal Information”). However, none of the above listed information is necessary with the exception of your company provided email address, which remains the property of your employer. fiskaltrust may process your Personal Information:

3. Recipients

Only fiskaltrust is the recipient of your Personal Information. fiskaltrust undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable time.

II. POLICY ON COOKIES

When you first login to the Corporate Site, you are warned by a banner at the bottom of your screen that notifies you that information about your browsing may be stored in files called “cookies”.
