Digital receipt is postponed due to inflation
In an interview given to “Le Parisien” on Sunday 26th of March, Olivia Grégoire, Minister Delegate in charge of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts and Tourism, explained that because of the inflation crisis in France, many citizens wish to be able to see exactly what they buy. Therefore, the application of the decree of the 15th of December 2022 regarding the interdiction of systematic printing of a receipt is postponed to the summer of 2023.
